Sama is the leader in ML data Annotation. Our teams are focused on the development of critical components of our ML data annotation platform. You will be managing and growing a team of over 15 engineers in a highly agile environment, and be responsible for the team's roadmap execution. Focus on our customers' success along with technical expertise and a real passion for innovation are crucial for this role. You are a leader who can manage, mentor, and grow our team of talented engineers. As a leader, you understand the importance of developing a strong team culture and value highly mentoring and coaching.
